- Graduate with Computer and Hardware Knowledge is Mandatory
- Knowledge of .NET and SQL Server will be an added advantage
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Should be comfortable working in 24X7 shifts.

| 4. Test Engineers having 1+ year of experience in : |
- Break down the Test Scenarios into Unit level conditions as per the Test design guidelines.
- Devise, manage and analyzes Test Strategies, Document Test Plans and Test cases based on analysis of Business requirements, Functional requirements and Design documents.
- Identify, Debug and clearly articulate software defects.
- Perform Automated Testing using Scripting and Load Testing tools.
- Review and provide input into Requirements, Specifications, Design documents and other artifacts.
- Develop and Maintain Test Plans, Testing Strategies, Test cases, Test data, Matrices, and other QA related documentation.
- Identify problem areas and resolve the same logically and independently.
- Test management, Functional Test Automation and Performance Testing.

| 5. Sales & Marketing having 1.5+ years of experience in : |
- Exposure to international software sales will be an added advantage.
- Experience of cold calling via phone is a must
- Should be able to create impressive online and offline sales collateral
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in correct English
- Able to create effective and forceful presentations customized to client's needs
- Should be highly motivated and have the ability to work independently and without supervision.
- BE with MBA will be preferred.
